Food was top quality as usual with very decent portions

Chicken nuggets were overcooked and could not be eaten. Asked in notes for sauce and salad on kebab and this was given separate.

when the food did eventually arrive it was absolutely delicious, so I would order again but pick it up myself as the delivery was 50 minutes late

Delivery driver only brought half our order and then took over an hour to deliver the other half which was cold so couldn’t eat it so went in the bin, went in to complain and felt they didn’t care and no offer of a refund

Food was tasty but cold. Delivery was 1 hour later than the expected time. This is the 2nd delivery that's been so late.

Food is always lovely but always so late, today we waited 35 mins past the expected time for our collection.

Got order wrong. Despite me driving back to shop with order, they still disputed mistakes, even though it was there in front of them! They think Donner Meat is Spicy Beef, Ham is Bacon but they do have the world's first invisible Cheeseburger!! Stay away from these bullshitters. Loyal customer gone. App deleted

The food was excellent, as always!

Ordered it then waited 1 hour 15 minutes for delivery, when called got told it had left and then called again 15 minutes later as it was told by another member of staff saying it’s on its way, then after coming off the phone my delivery turned up 10 minutes later, I understand that busy but delivery service is ridiculous if order again it won’t be delivered and staff were rude Part of order was cold but had no energy to complain about it
